VORTEX® - Air Flow Metering System

Vortice is Semeato's next generation air flow metering system, designed for precision and efficiency in every pass. Is possible to store seed and fertilizer in a high resistance polypropylene hopper and guide to a central metering device equipped with a roller. From there the product is carried out by an air stream to the distribution tower, ensuring even delivery to the row units.

Located at the bottom base of the central fertilizer hopper, it operates with a single rotor responsible for dosing the desired product. Product movement within the system is driven by an air turbine, passing through a flow diffuser where precise distribution to each planting row is achieved.
